Key responsibilities

• Create, produce, and publish engaging content; write, edit, proofread, and translate (German and English)
• Manage content (with a focus on SEO) and distribute and build a following across all platforms, incl. email, social media, website, blogs, videos
• Develop an editorial calendar and ensure content suppliers are on board
• Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience attention
• Support the Marketing Team with new marketing initiatives, communications, and product launches
• Provide support on a wide range of tasks, and assist all teams with additional projects, as neededWhat we are looking for

Qualifikation

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree or similar in communications, journalism, German, English, or related field
• Good understanding and experience of B2B communications, ideally in finance (preferably in the crypto finance industry, or with a strong knowledge and interest in blockchain technology and crypto assets)
• 3-4 years’ experience in a dynamic working environment e.g. agency or start-up
• Proven work experience as a Content Specialist, and knowledge of SEO, so to effectively reach audiences through organic search
• Native German and/or English speaker; excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English is mandatory
• Dependable, hands-on, and collaborative approach with attention to detail; ability to work well under tight deadlines, entrepreneurial mindset, resilient, and ability to take initiative and to work proactively
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office programmes; experience with WordPress, Mailchimp, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
