Job Responsibilities:

• You will have the chance to learn the full cycle of affiliate program management from end to end and you will participate in the day-to-day execution of our Crypto.ccm Exchange affiliate program included partners recruitment, publishers research, data reconciliation, program performance analysis, transactions management, accounts management and etc
• Actively response to new applications, partners enquiries and communicate with partners to keep them informed about the affiliate program terms and latest product news/updates
• Work closely with customer success team from affiliate platform to make sure we meet the best practice
• Help to analyze partner performance and to spot any actionable insights to drive for the business growth
• Conduct competitor analysis and review their program terms
• Assist the team for new projects and get it thrived

• A university degree in Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines will be a plus
• At least 1 year or above working experience in affiliate marketing would be preferred
• Data-driven mindset and be able to generate data analysis with relevant tools
• Having exposure to affiliate platforms like CJ, ShareASale, Rakuten and etc
• Having knowledge on BI tools like Tableau, Power BI and etc
• Basic knowledge of GA, SEMrush, Ahrefs would be a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese
• Self-motivated, independent and a strong team player
• Pay extreme attention to detail and can work well in fast-paced environments
• Adaptable and act promptly in changing competitive landscape
• Passionate about learning new technology especially for Defi, Blockchain and Cryptocurrency
• Mentorship will be provided by team lead and manager
