Cointinuum BRX is seeking a Marketing Specialist to help execute on our go to market strategy for the BRX exchange platform. We’re working to solve some of the most elusive challenges in real estate, cryptocurrency, and community redevelopment. Cointinuum (CTM) real estate backed crypto is the native token of the BRX property tokenization and trading platform. Users can Buy, Sell, and Trade fractional shares of asset backed digital real estate.

We strive to democratize real estate investments, making them accessible to all. Our model lowers entry barriers to access institutional grade investment products. Our real estate investment approach seeks to create equitable appreciation of value in under-served communities, increase diversity and opportunities in the field of technology and generally increase economic development activity as well as community revitalization in under-served communities.

This role will be critical to ensure ample market exposure for our Cointinuum BRX online customer platform. This includes close collaboration with our design and development teams throughout the development cycle but also when evaluating data to drive conversion results. The ideal candidate has a good understanding of crypto industry norms, practices, platforms and modern technologies.


Overview

The marketing specialist role is key to helping our organization run smoothly and effectively. Individuals applying for this role should have demonstrated the ability to handle a variety of marketing tasks efficiently and independently. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple projects for key stakeholders and maintaining excellent communication.


Responsibilities:

  • Support the marketing leadership team through the organization and administrative support for various projects.
  • Maintain strong communication between marketing executives and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate employee meetings and communications for the marketing department.
  • Maintain executive schedules and oversee project load.
  • Plan, prepare and deliver presentations on behalf of the marketing team.
  • Conduct research for key marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Minimum BA or BS is required.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and adhering to deadlines.
  • Clear copy writing and editing skills.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
