Are you ready to take charge of information security and shape the future of our organization? We’re looking for an experienced Information Security Manager to join our dynamic security team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to define and embed security best practices, ensuring our information security policies and processes meet the highest standards. Responsibilities

• Be the driving force and implementing the ISO 27001 framework and Information Security Management System(ISMS), safeguarding our systems and data
• Develop a complete set of corporate Information Security policies and standards and continuously monitoring and enhancing our information security controls
• Lead compliance reviews, certification and accreditations such as ISO27001, Cyber Essentials, GDPR, VASP and more, positioning us as a trusted and secure organization
• Implement effective and appropriate GRC(Governance, Risk management and Compliance) controls, providing robust protection against emerging security threats
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify, communicate and proactively manage current and future security risks
• Drive the development of information security compliance frameworks, policies and procedures, ensuring our organization stays ahead in a rapidly evolving security landscape
• Take the lead in providing information security awareness training, empowering our personnel to be the first line of defense

What we want you to have

• 3+ years of experience as an Information Security Manager or a similar role
• Comprehensive understanding of information security frameworks like ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials, NIST CSF and more
• Working knowledge and understanding of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, GCP, ensuring you can navigate the complexities of securing cloud-based systems
• Excellent communication skills in English, enabling you to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders effectively
• Team-oriented; skilled in working within a collaborative environment
• Highly self-motivated and directed

Nice to have

• Mix of both in-house and agency experience, giving you a well-rounded perspective on information security management
• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Cyber Security, Computer Science or a related field, showcasing your educational background and passion for the field
• Experience in the fast-paced environment of an IT startup, demonstrating your agility and ability to thrive in challenging situations
• Demonstrated experience in driving strategies and working in a global enterprise to improve security posture
