- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in private credit, leveraged finance, investment banking or direct lending.
- Demonstrated originations network across North-American and European private-credit markets.

- Expertise across working‑capital, supply‑chain, asset‑backed and revenue‑based lending; fluency in cash‑flow analysis, covenant structures and credit documentation.
