Role Overview

The HR Operations Associate plays a key role in supporting both HR Operations & Talent Acquisition. This role reports to the Head of Talent & HR Operations and requires a highly organized individual with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the onboarding processes of employees across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring timely system updates and a positive employee experience.
  • Support visa applications, extensions, and renewals, including documentation gathering, tracking visa expiry dates.
  • Draft employment confirmation letters, reference letters, contracts, and other employment-related documentation.
  • Ensure HR and recruitment processes align with employment law, internal policies, and data protection requirements.
  • Manage the Employer of Record relationship, acting as the primary point of contact with the account manager and supporting the administration of remote employees hired through the EOR.
  • Contribute to HR projects such as system implementations, policy rollouts, and process improvements.
  • Support recruitment activities when required, including job postings, candidate pipeline management, and coordination of interviews across multiple stakeholders and time zones, and other ad hoc tasks. 
  • Initiate and execute various projects and improvements based on your interests and company needs
  • Conduct market research and support compensation benchmarking across our various entities.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years experience in HR administration, HR operations, or within Talent
  • Operations in a high performing organization.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with HRIS/ATS systems
  • Strong Excel skills, including the ability to manipulate data, create formulas, and produce clear reports. 
  • Strong presentation creation skills, with experience producing professional slides and materials for stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting visa or immigration processes would be a plus.
