About the Position
The Client Success Associate will play a pivotal role within sFOX, dedicated to serving our institutional clientele. This position involves providing expert guidance on trading strategies, algos, and execution services, ensuring clients can navigate the complexities of the cryptocurrency markets effectively. The Client Success Associate will work closely with clients to understand their trading objectives, offering bespoke solutions to optimize their trading performance and risk management practices. With a strong foundation in financial markets and a keen insight into crypto trading dynamics, the ideal candidate will excel in building trust, delivering performance-enhancing strategies, and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction through superior execution services. Maximize the lifetime value for institutions by providing white-glove support and upselling where applicable. Assess, plan, and execute strategies to upsell institutional clients and further strengthen relationships and trading activity. Strive to resolve all client needs within a single interaction while keeping high team productivity.
What You’ll Do
- Follow global market trends and events, and competently articulate their impacts on the cryptocurrency markets to our clients
- Quickly learn and stay current on all of our products, services, platforms and API channels
- Provide our clients with best-in-class service using phone, chats, and email
- Consistently achieve specific upsell, retention and reactivation benchmarks
- Provide effective education and technical support to clients for various product offerings on our platform
- Skillfully probe for, listen to and understand client needs to provide resources and solutions to improve the clients’ experience and results
- Proactively collaborate with Client Services, Sales and Product teams
- Make an impact by providing the leadership team with feedback and suggestions that will be used to improve our sales, service and operational processes
About You
- In depth knowledge of market microstructure, liquidity, and trade execution.
- Strong understanding of the global financial markets and cryptocurrency sector.
- 2 years of experience in client success, account management, or a similar role, preferably in the financial services or cryptocurrency industry.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex market dynamics to clients.
- Ability to manage big data sets and derive insights that can be presented to clients.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and with clients to achieve business goals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate client needs and provide effective solutions.
- Track record of achieving specific upsell, retention, and reactivation benchmarks.

- Experience helping Institutional clients with FIX, REST and websocket APIs questions.
