Job seekers can access their wallet through a browser extension, which can then be used to interact with web3 job applications. Adjacent to the product, Metaintro also runs the largest Discord community dedicated to web3 jobs.


Metaintro is looking for a senior research analyst to help report on some of the most challenging and strategic questions about the hiring landscape in web3. The person in this role will collaborate with internal stakeholders through custom research initiatives leveraging industry insights/syndicated data, quantitative and qualitative methods to support the key marketing pillars that will drive revenue growth. The right candidate is excited to join a fast-paced team, eager to learn, get scrappy, and is hungry to make an impact on a growing business and industry ripe for disruption. This position will report directly to our Founders and will be available remotely.

The ideal candidate will have a true passion for cryptocurrency, seeing this role as an opportunity to merge their research and insights skills set with their passion for crypto.


Duties And Responsibilities

  • Research, analyze, and write in real-time about the web3 hiring market.
  • Mange the cadence and continuous reporting of the global brand tracker study, responsible for writing insights, identify marketplace changes that can impact results and survey designs, including competitive analysis.
  • Developing and maintain a global audience segmentation study, responsible for analyzing data, identifying white space opportunities and present results to internal stakeholders.

Pay and benefits

  • This is a fully remote, contract position, and you can choose your own hours. All we ask is that you plan to overlap around ~4 hours per day with 9am-6pm PST.
  • The salary for this position paid in your local currency. We'll do the currency conversion when you're hired and deal with any exchange fluctuation on our side.
  • We are committed to working at a sustainable and healthy pace, and we believe 6-8 hours is more than enough time to get a solid day's work done.
