About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing & Events Associate to support client acquisition initiatives and events This role is ideal for someone with 1ā3 years of experience in financial services, technology or crypto marketing and events, strong organizational skills, and a desire to work at the intersection of finance and emerging technology.
You will work closely with senior leadership, business development, and sales teams to execute marketing campaigns, coordinate events, and help drive brand visibility across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Support
- Assist in the execution of integrated marketing campaigns spanning digital, social, email, and content.
- Draft and edit marketing collateral (presentations, one-pagers, newsletters, blog posts).
- Manage and maintain content calendars, social media schedules, and marketing analytics dashboards.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners on creative assets, media, and promotions.
- Support brand consistency across all client-facing materials.
Events Management
- Help plan for and execute in-person and virtual events, including industry conferences, client dinners, webinars, and sponsored activations.
- Manage event logistics such as venue selection, vendor coordination, swag ordering, guest communications, and on-site support.
- Track event budgets, timelines, and post-event reporting.
- Represent the company on-site at Bay Area and occasional domestic industry events.
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work with Business Development on lead generation initiatives and campaign follow-up.
- Coordinate with Product and Compliance teams to ensure marketing materials are accurate and aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain CRM systems with updated event lists, leads, and marketing touchpoints.
Qualifications
- 1ā3 years of digital marketing and/or events experience, ideally within wealth management, venture capital, fintech, asset management, or crypto.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social platforms, and content best practices.
- Experience supporting or coordinating events (corporate, industry, or community).
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong project-management abilities and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Familiarity with crypto ecosystems, industry conferences, and Web3 culture is a plus.
- Proficiency with marketing tools and general practices.
