We are looking for a talented DeFi Account Manager - your role is to support our Re7 Labs business by growing and managing new and existing relationships with clients and partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with L1 & L2 foundations, crypto asset issuers, DeFi platforms and protocols, distribution partners and crypto whales, to ensure Re7 are top of mind and first choice for new opportunities
  • Filter, manage and convert inbound leads, assessing viability and profitability, propose business cases for approval
  • Work closely with the Re7 Labs team to ensure engagement opportunities and information flows are responded to promptly and accurately
  • Identify industry themes and growth trajectories that Re7 can take advantage of
  • Capture, consolidate and synthesise feedback on Re7's products and services to enable us to keep pace with changing requirements and
  • Proven track record and 3+ years experience of business development and/or account management in the crypto industry
  • Experience building lasting relationships with a range of different types and size of DeFi / Crypto client base
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and results focused, taking ownership & accountability for consistent results
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership
