About RWA.xyz

Tokenization is the most significant infrastructure upgrade in modern capital markets, enabling programmable, real-time settlement of financial assets using blockchain rails. The tokenization market has grown to over $25 billion, expanding 300% year-over-year, yet still represents less than 0.01% of the $500+ trillion in global financial assets.

RWA.xyz is the leading data platform for tokenized assets. We are the trusted provider for leading financial institutions like Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, the U.S. Treasury, the IMF, and countless others.

We are backed by top investors across both traditional finance and crypto: Archetype, Jump, Solana. Our team comes from the best companies in Silicon Valley and Wall Street.

Overview

Team: Research

Type: Individual Contributor

Level: Mid-Career (3-5 years of experience)

Compensation: $130k-170k salary + 0.25%-0.75% equity, depending on experience

What You’ll Do

Establish RWA.xyz as the authoritative voice in tokenized markets by creating research and analysis that shapes how institutions understand this emerging asset class. You'll transform our unique dataset into narratives that drive organic discovery, earn media coverage, and become required reading for anyone serious about tokenization.

You will be responsible for:

  • Publishing industry-defining research — write monthly reports on market trends, deep dives on asset classes, and data-driven analysis that becomes the canonical reference for tokenization

  • Feeding intelligence to media — build relationships with journalists at Bloomberg, Reuters, FT; proactively pitch data stories and serve as an expert source

  • Scaling content through data journalism — work with engineering to launch programmatic SEO pages for thousands of assets, creating self-updating content that dominates search

  • Amplifying our viral loops — create embeddable visualizations, quotable insights, and screenshot-worthy charts that travel across LinkedIn, Twitter, and research reports

  • Building sustainable content engines — develop repeatable frameworks for market analysis, templates for asset class deep dives, and editorial calendars aligned with data releases

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years creating content for financial or crypto audiences, preferably at a data vendor, fintech, or financial media company

  • Deep understanding of capital markets and ability to write authoritatively about bonds, credit, funds, and tokenization

  • Track record of content driving measurable impact (traffic, citations, backlinks) with examples of work that shaped industry conversations

  • Experience with data visualization and working with APIs to tell stories within datasets

  • Media relationships or demonstrated ability to earn coverage in tier-1 publications

  • Exceptional writing that makes complex topics accessible without sacrificing sophistication

  • Startup velocity — you ship daily, not monthly, and balance quality with speed

Interview Process

  1. You’ll meet Charlie, one of our cofounders. He’ll ask in-depth questions about your work history, as well as give you an overview of our company and culture.

  2. You’ll meet us on-site for a series of interviews with the rest of the team.
