The Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Jr. Accountant to join our Finance team. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day accounting operations across multiple legal entities, supporting a complex, global setup with multi-currency transactions and international vendors and customers.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership, ideal for someone who enjoys structure, accuracy, and building smarter, more automated ways of working in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

Maintain accurate books across multiple legal entities (currently 5, with more to come)
Handle multi-entity and multi-currency accounting
Manage Accounts Receivable, including invoicing and collection
Manage Accounts Payable with vendors across multiple countries
Support and execute monthly closings in different currencies
Reconcile bank accounts, payment providers, and balance sheet accounts
Assist with intercompany transactions and reconciliations
Support audits, tax filings, and external advisors as needed
Identify opportunities to automate and improve accounting workflows
Help document and standardize processes as the company scales

What We’re Looking For

You’re organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. You enjoy creating order and ensuring that everything “just works.” You bring empathy, confidentiality, and strong communication skills to everything you do.
You should have:
3+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or equivalent is a strong plus)
Big4 experience is a plus.
Knowledge of labor compliance topics in Spain and/or the US.
Strong interest in automation, systems, and process optimization
Strong communication skills in English and Spanish
Strong attention to detail with an ownership mindset
Comfort working with remote, international teams.
Nice to have:
Experience with modern accounting tools, ERPs, or automation platforms is a plus
