We are looking for a Digital Asset Operations Team Leader to join our team in Singapore.

Tasks

  • Lead, build and run the Sygnum financial services operations day-to-day
  • Ensure and further develop smooth and efficient operations for both fiat and digital assets transactions
  • Help define, document, implement and maintain an efficient and effective scalable operational framework
  • Ensure continuous quality improvement and risk management of Financial Services Operations
  • Build a small and effective Operations team that will increasingly assume greater responsibilities as our business grows
  • Support the implementation and operational handling of new products and services

Requirements

Requirements

  • Experience in the field of Financial Services Operations, especially in the areas of client onboarding, payments and securities/ trading, investigations
  • Experience in leading change and defining operational process for new business lines
  • Experience working with and managing BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) partners
  • Curiosity and passion to help us define and operate Financial Services Operations in the evolving field of digital assets
  • Conceptual thinker with strong analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude
  • Strong communicator, leader and manager, goal and results oriented, able to work independently in a evolving environment and project setting
  • Strong interest in or knowledge of crypto currencies and blockchain
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, technology or business
  • Knowledge of core banking system or portfolio management system is a plus
