What you’ll do:

  • Take ownership for all design of marketing materials, with an emphasis on digital (i.e. adverts, campaign landing pages etc.)
  • Lead marketing design efforts, collaborating with teams to create, maintain and ensure the compliance of brand standards and guidelines.
  • ​​Responsible for following up the landing design plan, actively communicating with upstream and downstream, understanding the business in depth, cooperating with products and development to ensure the realization of results.
  • Act as a point-of-contact for the brand’s official website(s), app(s), and campaign pages.
  • Collaborate with the communications and community teams to distill requirements and bring them to life as social media graphics, ads, videos, animation, motion graphics and infographics.
  • Design responsive landing pages for various marketing campaigns.

What you’ll need:

  • 4+ Years of Professional Experience in a technology-focused startup, agency or freelance capacity.
  • Experience in crafting visual assets for a wide variety of clients across many social media platforms.
  • Experience in designing and prototyping visually rich and immersive web experiences for brands
  • Deep knowledge of design industry best practices.
  • An excellent online portfolio showcasing solutions across multiple design challenges.
  • Experience bringing projects from concept to execution.
  • Master at Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, 3D and other leading design tools.
  • Able to function independently and in a team environment, with excellent collaboration skills.
  • Be able to present and articulate ideas.
  • Ability and experience in web development with HTML and CSS a plus.
  • Experience with blockchain, cryptocurrency and digital technologies are a plus.
  • Ability to distill key decisions and discussions and translate them into compelling solutions.
  • A demonstrated passion to delight the audience, as well as knowledge of how to leverage design to achieve communication goals.
  • Ability to work across different teams in various countries / time zone
