Job Description

Amun 21Shares is looking for a Business Development Manager, with deep personal skills experience, ideally both in agency and in-house. This person will drive revenue by both pursuing new business and cultivating existing clients assigned to them by the company. We are looking for a top-performing business development professional who is commercially savvy and has experience of building long-lasting trusted relationships with clients. The Business Development manager will work closely with senior management to continually improve our corporate strategy and lead strategic initiatives that drive top and bottom line results. The Strategy Executive will be responsible for (1) helping to set strategic direction, and (2) working closely with the functional leaders to drive execution of strategic projects. This role will be based in our NYC office.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Drive overall process for business development and partnership opportunities, including identification, evaluation, diligence, negotiation, and documentation
  • Work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to assess opportunities for existing ETP and tokens platforms, as well as new verticals
  • Research industry and company trends to inform decision making process
  • Assess business plans and financial impact to organization
  • Coordinate the implementation of business development and partnerships deals within the company
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated interest in crypto / blockchain / web3
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of business development, investment banking, management consulting, or comparable experience
  • An ability to drive projects cross-functionally, synthesize feedback, develop agreement and create structure
  • Experience in negotiating contracts and coordinating with legal counsel
  • Experience making data-driven decisions and with financial modeling
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills required to represent the company’s interests well with external constituencies
