We’re looking for an experienced UX Designer who's passionate about designing an outstanding experience for our blockchain bank which merges online banking and cryptocurrency all in one product. In this role you will have a high degree of ownership, and you will collaborate with our cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, marketers and engineers.
Your mission

You lead the design within your squad by applying user-centred approach, user research, low/high-fidelity concepts, prototypes, user tests and handovers

You contribute to strategic product decisions within your squad, across the product team, and with different stakeholders on the company level

You are the key translator of:
- user’s desires and pains for the team & stakeholders
- experiences and interfaces for the engineers and the users
- user needs into a useful and delightful experience

You help to manage user’s insights, and to prioritize them by running experiments, updating the research backlog, and formatting the delivery stories

You continually contribute with the other designers to raise the level of design and standardize UX patterns within Nuri’s design system

You are constantly on the lookout for best practices, design patterns and antipatterns, throughout various industries and platforms
Your profile
- You have a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Design, User Experience or related field
- You bring at least 6+ years of experience in UX Design and have an outstanding Portfolio that showcases your experience in digital products
- You have designed digital products and mobile first experiences
- You have been working collaboratively in multidisciplinary product teams (BI, research, product manager, engineering, etc)
- You are Fluent on lean UX methodologies and user-centred design: workshops facilitation, stakeholders buy-in, low fidelity concepts, prototypes, user research, user journey and implementation
- You have the ability to act as a leader in communicating conceptual ideas and design rationale
- You have worked in an agile organization, working iteratively in incremental changes, and are experienced in Scrum, and, Lean UX
- You are fluent in Figma, Miro, Jira, and Confluence
- You are best described as a proactive and self-starter with strong collaboration skills across teams
- People know you from your outstanding communication skills in English
- Ideally, you are passionate about financial products, cryptocurrency and banking
