  • Track goals, metrics, and performance data of the hiring cycle while regularly communicating updates to TA,  hiring partners, and the leadership team
  • Partner closely with hiring partners as subject matter expert in the technical requirements, interview processes and hiring decisions
  • Engage passive candidates and understand their underlying motivations, while providing detailed information on the position requirements and company mission

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, preferably within Crypto or Fintech startups. Experience of working in an agency environment is also appreciated
  • Strong and proven ability to source passive candidates
  • 2+ years experience utilizing recruitment tools such as Greenhouse (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Demonstrated expertise hiring qualified candidates at all levels throughout all departments
  • Proven recruitment expertise through the experience of managing the full recruitment cycle of multiple requisitions at any given time, with an emphasis on a top-notch candidate experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build strong relationships with candidates, conveying job opportunities effectively, and collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Detail oriented and highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills with the ability to follow processes and procedures
  • Genuine passion for developing and engaging with diverse talent pipelines, and the ability to approach talent acquisition from a strategic level to ensure the best fit for each role

For employees hired to work from New York, or from our NYC HQ, Fireblocks is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range is specific to New York City and takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are reviewed when making a hiring decision, such as years of experience, skills, and other business needs.

It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and each compensation decision is dependent on each individual case. A reasonable base salary range estimate for this position is $110,000 - $140,000. The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which for some roles may include a target bonus, a competitive equity grant, and generous benefits.

While we believe competitive compensation is a critical aspect of your decision to join us, we do hope you also spend time considering why our mission and culture are right for you. We are creating something transformational here, and we hope you are as excited about the future as we are.

Fireblocks' mission is to enable every business to easily and securely access digital assets and cryptocurrencies. In order to do that, we strongly believe our workforce should be as diverse as our clients, and this is why we embrace diversity and inclusion in all its forms.
