Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and highly organized Artist Manager to manage talent belonging to the collaborative network under the Analog umbrella. This role involves attending events, managing schedules, handling brand collaborations, and ensuring smooth operations at high-profile functions such as film festivals, fashion weeks, and music events. You will be the key point of contact for the artist, ensuring their professional activities are executed seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as the primary manager for the talent, overseeing daily schedules, commitments, and events.
    • Accompany Analog World managed talent to events, performances, brand meetings, and public appearances, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
    • Build and maintain relationships with event organizers, brand partners, media, and industry stakeholders.
    • Coordinate brand partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations under the Analog umbrella.
    • Manage communications, bookings, and contracts related to the talent’s  professional engagements.
    • Provide strategic input on the talent’s career development, marketing opportunities, and public image.
    • Handle on-site problem-solving and crisis management during events.

Key Qualifications

    • Proven experience as an Artist Manager, Talent Manager, or similar role within the entertainment industry.
    • A strong network within Thailand's entertainment, fashion, and events sectors is a plus.
    • Exceptional organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
    • Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written).
    • Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle high-profile individuals and situations with discretion and professionalism.

Preferred Experience

    • Background in managing high-profile talents.
    • Experience with international brand partnerships or global events.
    • Understanding of marketing strategies, KOL management, and entertainment branding.
