The Role
As a specialized Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for driving our Web3 / Crypto talent acquisition efforts. You will work closely with the managers in our crypto line of business to create an optimal strategy and attract top talent to our roster.
- Leading full-cycle recruitment for the web3 / crypto engineering team, managing the process from outreach to signatures.
- Effectively filtering candidates on introductory calls, assessing them for technical aptitude, ecosystem knowledge, and culture fit.
- Developing sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline optimized for the unique needs of web3 / crypto talent.
- Collaborating with managers to understand technical needs and projections.
- Building and maintaining relationships with top talent for current or future roles.
- Staying current with web3 market trends to effectively advise leadership on compensation structures and competitive landscapes.
- Improving our hiring process, candidate experience, and employer brand in the web3 space.
Requirements:
- Proven success in leading full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating.
- Previous experience recruiting across different industries (e.g., DeFi, NFT, DAOs, etc.)
- Demonstrated success in closing senior technical hires in the web3 / crypto space.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, and Web3 concepts
- Excellent understanding of technical roles and requirements in the crypto space
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with remote hiring and distributed team building.
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience working as an engineer or in technical roles working with engineers.
- Existing network and personal recruiting brand within the Web3 community.
- In-depth knowledge of multiple chains and ecosystems (e.g., EVM, Solana, Aptos, etc.)
