Job Description
The role
We’re looking for a Digital/UV Printing Specialist to join our Printing & Production Team in Zagreb. You’ll be the hands-on expert operating and maintaining our UV printing machines - turning digital designs into high-quality physical products.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys technical precision, creative problem-solving, and being part of a fast-paced, collaborative production environment.
Core responsibilities:
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain UV printing machines to achieve the highest print quality
- Prepare materials and jigs for production
- Manage ink inventory and order necessary supplies
- Perform daily cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment
- Inspect print output and ensure color and resolution accuracy
- Package finished products, prepare shipments, and manage labeling
- Collaborate with the Design team to prepare print-ready files
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
Qualifications
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience with UV or digital printing machinery
- Background in print production or related industries (e.g., T-shirt or digital fabrication printing)
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Understanding of print parameters (resolution, color profiles, substrates)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Basic technical and mechanical maintenance skills
Bonus (nice to have):
- Experience with laser engraving or other digital fabrication tools
- Knowledge of different materials and surface treatments
- Familiarity with packaging and logistics workflows
- Experience improving or optimizing production efficiency
