Junior Investor Relations and Research Support Analyst

We are looking for a junior analyst who can help us organize, manage and report on our investor relations and related business activities. You will work closely with experienced researchers, portfolio managers, technologists, and business leaders with deep domain expertise. The digital asset space is young, fast-evolving, and filled with innovative sources of alpha and trading opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help organize and prepare calls and interactions with potential fund investors
  • Keep client database up to date and prepare reports that generate value-add insights and actionable recommendations
  • Liaise closely with and support the investor relations and research teams globally
  • Prepare and organize client events, such as conferences, meetings and calls
  • Gather and maintain market data and prepare relevant analysis (e.g. competitor analysis)
  • Support preparation of presentations (typically Powerpoint) and research reports
  • Support our KYC process and other client onboarding processes
  • Participate in research calls and create meeting minutes

Skill Set and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Operations
  • 2-5 years experience in client relations/research support and business administration, ideally in the asset management industry
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Experience in preparing and formatting Powerpoint presentations strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work in a dynamic team environment and to meet demanding deadlines
  • Based in Mauritius
