Position Description:

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist our customers with technical problems when using our products and services.

Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding customers through our products, including features and functionalities.

To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust.

Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support and services

Responsibilities:

  1. Moderate the Telegram and Discord community or any other associated platforms

  2. Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via Telegram and Discord

  3. Identify customer needs, issues being experienced and help customers use specific features

  4. Be vigilant against any malicious behaviour

  5. You are to refrain from offering financial advice

  6. Complete community branding tasks, these include but are not limited to: Translate content / publications into the desired language.

  7. Assist in Community Bounty programs

  8. Understand that sensitive information that is discussed within the team, must not be discussed to third parties without consent

  9. Report product malfunctions and any issues being experienced by our customers to Development Team

  10. Update our internal database with information about technical issues and useful solutions

  11. Share effective solutions / workarounds with team members

  12. Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved

  13. Gather any customer feedback and share with our Business Development and Marketing teams

  14. Any other tasks provided by manager

Requirements:

  1. Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role

  2. Passionate about Cryptocurrencies and an understanding of how BlockChain works

  3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  4. Display initiative

  5. Multi-tasking abilities

  6. Patience when handling tough cases
