Exo Technologies is a Solana focused research and development firm. Exo works across many different verticals (LSTs, DeFi, DePIN, and RWAs) with seed stage startups to large institutions. Some of our clients are Jito, 0x, Switchboard, and Solana Foundation. We're a small distributed team that's looking for engineers to push the limits of Solana infrastructure and trading.
In this position you will be responsible for maintaining and improving Exo Tech’s Solana validator, NCN nodes, and related infrastructure. Optimizing smart contracts and networking layer infrastructure for clients working on trading related applications. You're a great fit if you’ve run servers on bare metal and experimented with Solana validators.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Solana Blockchain Development using Rust
- Proficient with DevOps on bare metal servers running Ubuntu
