Your Role:

✅ Design, develop, and maintain full-stack Web3 applications—ranging from user interfaces and APIs to smart contracts and blockchain integrations.

✅ Implement smart contracts using languages such as Solidity (EVM) or Rust (SVM), ensuring they are secure, tested, and optimized for performance.

✅ Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, designers, and product stakeholders to define, prototype, and deliver features end-to-end.

✅ Take ownership of the entire software lifecycle—scoping, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

✅ Integrate blockchain protocols and wallets to enable seamless Web3 user experiences.

✅ Leverage the latest AI tools (e.g., for code generation, documentation, or test coverage) to enhance productivity, accelerate delivery, and maintain high code quality.

✅ Stay up to date with the rapidly evolving blockchain ecosystem, EIPs, and security incidents, bringing best practices into the team.

✅ Expand the first transaction security layer to insure billions in value, collaborating with top protocols to prevent incidents.

✅ Perform soft auditing and semantic modelling of leading protocol designs and functions.

✅ Design, implement, and backtest transaction validation checks.

✅ Develop asset pricing and transaction risk models.

✅ Track exposure and other insurance metrics in real-time.

✅ Iterate and expand APIs based on customer feedback.

What You’ll Need:

✔️ Proven experience building and shipping Web3 applications to real users.

✔️ Strong command of frontend technologies, including React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript tooling.

✔️ Deep knowledge of backend development, including RESTful APIs, databases, and secure infrastructure practices.

✔️ Hands-on experience with smart contract development in Solidity (EVM) or Rust (SVM).

✔️ Familiarity with Ethereum, Solana, or similar blockchain ecosystems, and tools like Hardhat, Foundry, Anchor, etc..

✔️ Experience working with Web3 libraries and tools such as ethers.js, web3.js, or wagmi.

✔️ A strong sense of ownership and the ability to drive projects independently.

✔️ Ability to navigate ambiguity and work effectively in a fast-changing environment.

✔️ Commitment to code quality, including writing unit/integration tests and applying engineering best practices.

✔️ You’re a generalist who quickly embraces new technologies and challenges with a passion for building products from the ground up.

✔️ 5+ years of full-time experience developing and shipping backend services with Node.js and TypeScript.

✔️ Familiarity with PostgreSQL, messaging brokers, AWS/GCP, Docker, Bash, and Linux.
