Job Summary:

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Web3 Product Manager with a deep understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized applications (dApps), and the metaverse landscape. As a Web3 Product Manager, you will be responsible for spearheading the development and launch of our groundbreaking blockchain and metaverse solutions. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and business development, you will define product strategies, prioritize features, and ensure the successful delivery of cutting-edge products. Your expertise in Web3 technologies will be instrumental in driving the development of immersive and decentralized products that captivate users and drive the evolution of the Web3 ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Web3 blockchain and metaverse solutions, aligning them with the company's overall business goals and the dynamic landscape of the Web3 revolution
• Conduct extensive market research, competitive analysis, and user studies to identify emerging trends, market opportunities, user needs, and product requirements within the Web3 ecosystem
• Collaborate closely with design and engineering teams to translate product requirements into user stories, wireframes, and technical specifications, leveraging Web3 protocols and frameworks such as Ethereum, Polkadot, or Solana
• Prioritize product features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on user feedback, business objectives, technical feasibility, and the unique requirements of the Web3 space
• Work in agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of Web3 products, harnessing the power of decentralized collaboration
• Forge strategic partnerships with Web3 projects, protocols, and communities to foster interoperability, integration, and ecosystem growth, staying at the forefront of the Web3 landscape
• Collaborate closely with marketing and business development teams to develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies, positioning, and compelling messaging for blockchain solutions
• Stay at the cutting edge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and user preferences within the Web3 space, integrating them into product strategies and roadmaps to drive innovation
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 3-5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a strong focus on Web3 technologies, blockchain, decentralized applications (dApps), or metaverse products
• Deep understanding of Web3 technologies, including blockchain technology, decentralized protocols, smart contracts, decentralized finance (DeFi), non-fungible tokens (NFTs), and the metaverse landscape
• Proficiency in Web3 protocols and frameworks such as Ethereum, Polkadot, Solana, IPFS, or similar technologies
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing Web3 blockchain or metaverse products throughout their lifecycle, driving innovation in the decentralized space
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data, market research, and user insights to drive product decisions and create exceptional user experiences
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, partners, and stakeholders in the Web3 ecosystem
