We are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects. The company is a growth agency specializing in 0 to 1 marketing for web3 teams. When you work with them, you onboard a CMO and their team, and gain access to all of their capabilities, resources, and connections from working with 8+ web3 venture teams spanning a wide array of sectors, including L1 blockchains, Defi, value extraction AI, zkDID, and gaming.

Their goal is to help builder teams convey their spirit to their users and investors. They help stakeholders empathize with the team’s efforts by providing appropriate transparency into the process, celebrating wins, establishing strong public personas, and interacting with the community, all of which culminates into a culture that engages and retains stakeholders in one of the most attention driven economies in history.

We are looking for a Web3 Marketing Manager for them to drive the marketing strategies and initiatives that promote their web3 solutions and communicate their value proposition to target audiences.

In this role, you will:

• Content Creation: Create engaging and informative content to educate and attract the web3 audience. Develop content for various channels, including websites, blogs, social media, whitepapers, and email marketing.
• Community Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with the web3 community, including users, influencers, and industry partners. Engage in relevant channels, social media groups, and events to increase brand visibility and foster community participation.
• Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and engagement. Utilize various channels, such as social media, paid advertising, email marketing, and content marketing, to reach the target audience effectively. Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data insights.
• Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify strategic partnerships and collaboration opportunities within the web3i ecosystem. Build relationships with other web3 projects, influencers, industry associations, and media outlets to expand the organization's reach and credibility.
• Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends, developments, and regulatory changes in the web3 industry. Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, competitive landscape, and user preferences.

You might thrive in this role if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry is a plus.
• Understanding of web3 concepts, protocols, and platforms.
• Passion for the web3 industry and staying up to date with the latest trends and developments.
• Knowledge of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and smart contracts is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and platforms.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
