Digital Remedy is seeking a strategic, execution-oriented Senior Vice President of Technology to lead our engineering, development, and data teams. This executive will defi ne and drive the technical vision, with a primary mandate to integrate and modernize our tech stack into a cohesive, scalable, and efficient architecture while leading a globally diverse development organization that includes a mix of remote teams and contractors.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in ad-tech platforms and understands the complexity of programmatic ecosystems, data infrastructure, campaign automation, and real-time analytics. This is a high-impact leadership role central to the company’s future.
Key Responsibilities
Technology Strategy & Platform Leadership
- Own the end-to-end technical vision and technical roadmap, aligning engineering execution with company goals.
- Oversee our core ad-tech platform, including media planning, order management, campaign automation, ‘billing, pacing & revenue forecasting’ and reporting while ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Manage and lead the potential strategic unification of two cloud environments (AWS and GCP), building a future-proof, scalable architecture.
- Lead and scale cross-functional teams across engineering, data, and DevOps.
- Cultivate a high-performance culture focused on speed, quality, and accountability.
- Implement best practices for development, operations, and security in a modern, cloud-native environment.
- Drive the integration of AI and machine learning across the platform to power automation, optimization, and predictive insights.
- Partner with Product and Data Science to deploy and refi ne models in areas such as audience segmentation, pacing, and campaign performance.
- Stay ahead of ad-tech trends, ensuring the platform evolves with changes in identity, privacy, and programmatic buying.
- Work closely with Product, Sales, and Operations to prioritize initiatives that drive business impact.
- Translate business needs into clear technical plans and ensure timely, successful execution.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and help guide strategic decisions.
- Streamline cross-team communication within geo-distributed all-remote engineering teams
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with 5+ years leading engineering/data teams in ad-tech, mar-tech, or enterprise SaaS.
- Proven success leading platform modernization, cloud migrations, or multi-cloud infrastructure consolidation.
- Expertise in cloud-native microservices architectures (AWS and GCP), Databricks, big data pipelines, distributed systems, and real-time decisioning engines.
- Hands-on understanding of AI/ML use cases in ad-tech and experience deploying models into live production environments.
- Strong track record of hiring, growing, and retaining top engineering talent across remote or hybrid teams.

The base salary compensation range for this role is $275,000 to $320,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates’ relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave and employee stock purchase plan
