About the team: As a graduate Product Manager in the Defi team, you will build and maintain the OKX Defi app with millions of daily active users. You will work cross-functionally with design, product, and other engineering teams to identify customer needs, and ship high-quality new features through fast iterations.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify international hot projects in the web3 space
- Competitor analysis and market research of the market
- Capture the most leading-edge projects, explore innovative schemes, and output product strategies.
- Web3 product design. Plan, organize and deliver new products and features with an international vision.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Proven ability to develop product strategies and good problem solving skills
- Passionate in Crypto, DEFI, and NFT, strong learning ability and curiosity, able to actively provide strategy to support business.
- Familiar with most DEFI protocols, NFT platform, etc.
- Experience in smart contracts and blockchain programming is preferred.
