We’re currently hiring a Senior Manager with expertise in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and digital financial services to join our growing Accounting Advisory team. If you love working with innovative clients—crypto hedge funds, tokenization platforms, DeFi protocols, digital currency exchanges, fintech startups, virtual asset service providers (VASPs), stablecoin issuers, NFT platforms, and blockchain enterprises—and want to help them navigate complex accounting and reporting requirements, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

You’ll work on high-impact, first-of-its-kind projects that help our clients solve problems and make better decisions. Your day-to-day may include:

• Advising clients across the digital asset ecosystem (funds, exchanges, custodians, fintechs, Web3 companies) on complex accounting, valuation, and reporting issues
• Reviewing and preparing US GAAP financial statements, SEC disclosures, and audit workpapers
• Supporting clients with IPO readiness, SPAC/De-SPAC transactions, and regulatory compliance
• Leading and mentoring a high-performing team across engagements
• Contributing to business development, thought leadership, and market positioning in the Web3 & digital asset space

What You’ll Bring

We know great team members come from many paths. Typically, we look for:

• A degree in Accounting
• 7+ years of experience in audit, advisory, or financial reporting, with direct exposure to digital assets, fintech, or financial services
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP, SOX, and COSO frameworks
• Prior team leadership and client management experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• CPA required
• Experience with IPOs, SPACs, or capital markets transactions a plus
• “Big 4” or top advisory firm experience strongly preferred
