As the strategic enablement lead you will work directly with the Go-to-Market (GTM) enablement lead of Chainlink Labs. You will be pivotal in driving the fundamental technical and functional onboarding of all Chainlink Labs employees. You'll be working closely with all business units and work with business leaders to assure our onboarding program delivers to the needs of our team and develop it further to new heights of excellence.
The GTM Chainlink Labs leadership team will rely on your technical and product passion to coordinate, execute and develop our global onboarding program for all GTM employees. You will be an integral part of the success of all our employees, creating a common understanding and knowledge of a complex and fast-changing market environment.
As a passionate blockchain fan, you will connect the dots between the fundamental technical and functional training needs for all teams and constantly be on the lookout to further develop our onboarding to create the world's leading onboarding program in the blockchain space that empowers new and current employees in the fastest and most complete way to be operational.
