Roles And Responsibilities
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Front End Developer to join our team. As the Lead Front End Developer, you will be responsible for creating responsive websites utilizing frameworks for both front-end applications. You will play a crucial role in designing and implementing scalable and efficient solutions while ensuring the quality and performance of our applications.

• Develop and maintain front-end web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Working closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and support throughout the development process.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure consistency across the team.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and fix any issues or bugs.

• Solid experience in front end development with React, NextJS, JavaScript, CSS. Tailwind CSS will be a huge plus.
• Strong knowledge of website SEO optimization techniques and best practices.
• Experience working with AWS, RDS, and/or other cloud technologies.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and full life cycle software development.
• Experience with Web3 tooling, such as Hardhat, and programming in Solidity is a definite plus.
• Knowledge of blockchain networks, particularly EVM-based networks, is a definite plus.
• Comfortable working remotely as part of a high-velocity distributed team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a complex and ambiguous environment.
