Confirmo is one of the fastest growing crypto payment gateways, and our flexible solutions, low fees, and top-class support make it easy for businesses of all sizes to accept crypto payments. Forbes US named us among the best crypto payment gateways in the world and we don't plan to slow down! Since 2022, we’ve grown 700% in volume and now process over $60M+ monthly.
The role
You don’t need to be a developer or a blockchain engineer. But you must be curious, logical, responsible, and willing to learn how blockchain payments work on a practical, day-to-day level.
You will be joining our Support & Operations team, working directly with Support leadership and closely collaborating with Operations on real customer cases, investigations, and process improvements. We value people who take ownership, communicate clearly, and approach problems with a structured, analytical mindset.
We are a small, fast-moving team. We talk directly, we avoid unnecessary processes, and we rely on each other’s judgment. Support plays a critical role in Confirmo — we assist clients, analyze blockchain transactions, investigate payment issues, test merchant integrations, and help keep our payment infrastructure running smoothly.
If you enjoy tech, crypto, solving real problems, and being part of a focused and cooperative team, you will fit right in.
What you will do
Communicate with clients via email (Zoho Desk) about payments, invoices, refunds, and general support.
Analyze blockchain transactions using explorers (Etherscan, Blockchair, Solscan, etc.).
Investigate wrong-network payments, over/underpayments, payout questions, refunds, and edge cases.
Test merchant integrations and verify issues.
Work closely with the engineering team to report bugs, reproduce issues, and validate fixes.
Maintain records, follow internal procedures, and follow SLA expectations.
Continuously learn about blockchains, networks, stablecoins, fees, and integrations.
What you should bring
Strong written English (most communication is in English).
Technical curiosity — you want to understand how blockchain payments work.
Logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Professional, concise, and friendly communication >
Responsibility and independence — we cannot micromanage.
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
Nice to have
Basic knowledge of crypto (TXIDs, networks, stablecoins).
Experience with ticketing tools (Zoho Desk).
Experience with e-commerce platforms (WooCommerce).
Past experience in technical support, fintech, operations, or IT.
Basic understanding of API requests.
What we offer
A role in a stable, profitable startup leading the CZ/SK crypto payments market.
A lot of room to grow — technically, operationally, or into senior roles.
Flexible working hours + home office possibility.
A modern office in Karlín (near metro Křižíkova).
A friendly, small, highly technical team.
Access to deep knowledge about blockchains, payments, and integrations.
Real impact — your work affects clients and merchants every day.
How do I start a Web3 career?
If you're interested in starting a career in Web3, here are a few steps you can take:
- First, it's important to gain a solid understanding of the underlying technologies that make up the Web3 ecosystem, such as blockchain, cryptography, and decentralized networks. You can do this by reading books and articles, taking online courses, or attending workshops and conferences.
- Next, you'll want to build a portfolio of projects that showcase your skills and knowledge. This can include creating dApps (decentralized applications) using blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, contributing to open-source projects, or writing articles and tutorials on Web3-related topics.
- Networking is also an important part of any career, and the Web3 space is no exception. Attend meetups and conferences, join online communities, and make connections with other professionals in the field. This can help you learn from others, share your own expertise, and potentially find job opportunities.
- Finally, consider getting certified in Web3 technologies. There are several organizations that offer certification programs, which can help demonstrate your proficiency and set you apart from other candidates in the job market.
