Here’s the bit about the opportunity:

The position is based in New York and reports to our Commercial and Product team. You will do tech-forward legal work in an evolving industry. You should be comfortable working in a technical, software development environment alongside product, engineering, finance, sales, and marketing professionals.

You’ll be: 

• Supporting the largest commercial transactions for our SaaS services with leading financial institutions globally;
• Learning new technologies, products, and practice areas without much precedence;
• Researching legal topics related to an evolving field;
• Developing internal processes and developing technical operations for streamlining negotiations and improving efficiency;
• Assisting in revising and updating agreements;
• Assisting in reviewing, analyzing, drafting, and negotiating various contracts.

You’ll bring:

• Interest in the technology sector, preferably with a focus on SaaS or Software offerings.
• Demonstrated background in financial services, fintech, blockchain, cybersecurity, or crypto industry.
• Experience or willingness to work as a team player who enjoys partnering with cross-functional teams to solve issues and work collaboratively to generate consensus across diverse points of view.
• Fastidious attention to detail in both oral and written communications.
