Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support our product and business development initiatives, analyzing market trends and user needs to help shape our DeFi solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, gaining valuable experience in the fast-paced crypto environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities in the DeFi and crypto sectors.
Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders.
Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate business needs into technical specifications.
Support the development of business cases and project plans for new initiatives.
Help prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to the team.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product performance and user satisfaction.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions for product improvements.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies in the crypto space.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability / desire to work as long as needed, being able to do odd hours and sometimes weekends
1 full year of personal or professional experience with blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and the DeFi landscape.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
Resistance to pressure and extremely dynamic environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
