We love challenges. We love to build. We love to make things happen.

At JUSTROCKET we build products, we invest in scalable ideas, we rethink core businesses and processes, we co-found new ventures. And to make all this happen we build teams – but not simply ordinary teams. We build self-organizing, cross-functional teams by empowering its members to take responsibility and ownership in the product building process. Paired with powerful tools as well as proven and truly followed processes we succeed – as a team.

On top of all that we put together the brightest minds in various areas to create an exceptional network and ecosystem of entrepreneurial-minded and execution-oriented experts. This is the JR Ecosystem.

JUSTROCKET builds a driven tech community in Cluj-Napoca since 2016.

About the project, we need power for

In cooperation with one of our clients, who is a financial technology company, we develop leading software solutions for asset tokenization. The clients benefit from all building blocks, services, and licenses needed to issue tokenized securities and manage decentralized security registries. The presence of a high number of intermediaries like banks and custodians leads to high transaction costs on the capital market. We use Distributed Ledger Technology to provide a global capital market 2.0 that works for everyone without intermediaries. We’re on this mission to create a more open access to capital and therefore more thriving ideas coming to life.

How do I start a Web3 career?

If you're interested in starting a career in Web3, here are a few steps you can take:

  1. First, it's important to gain a solid understanding of the underlying technologies that make up the Web3 ecosystem, such as blockchain, cryptography, and decentralized networks. You can do this by reading books and articles, taking online courses, or attending workshops and conferences.
  2. Next, you'll want to build a portfolio of projects that showcase your skills and knowledge. This can include creating dApps (decentralized applications) using blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, contributing to open-source projects, or writing articles and tutorials on Web3-related topics.
  3. Networking is also an important part of any career, and the Web3 space is no exception. Attend meetups and conferences, join online communities, and make connections with other professionals in the field. This can help you learn from others, share your own expertise, and potentially find job opportunities.
  4. Finally, consider getting certified in Web3 technologies. There are several organizations that offer certification programs, which can help demonstrate your proficiency and set you apart from other candidates in the job market.
