The team is currently seeking a talented and experienced CEO to join us. As CEO, you will be responsible for leading the company's growth and development, including team building. As an early member of the team, you will have the opportunity to shape and influence Grape’s strategy. Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Representing the team in communication with clients and shareholders

- Defining and implementing a growth roadmap to acquire customers and accelerate growth, including organic channels, digital marketing, content marketing, product marketing, email campaigns, social, and conferences/events

- Conceptualising and implementing strategies around various aspects of the organizational growth and organizational improvement

- Proactively identifying opportunities to improve current processes across functional areas, optimizing our procedures for efficiency and productivity

- Assuming ownership of our internal leadership and Investor meetings - managing the content, materials review and dissemination and ensuring objectives are achieved

- Developing and managing the priorities of the executive team

- Developing social strategies to fuel growth and engage customers

- Identifying and optimising organic growth channels

- Defining and tracking KPIs and metrics, to assess performance, with a continuous focus to grow the customer base.

Requirements

- track record in a similar leadership position

- Proven track record of delivering growth at a consumer brand

- Strong communication skills with ability to lead, influence, and direct projects

- Passion and understanding of cyptocurrencies and the web3 ecosystem

- Analytical mindset to track the ROI on various campaigns to assess performance and shape the marketing strategy.
