Chief of Staff, Flipside Crypto

The Chief of Staff is responsible for extending the capacity and capabilities of the CEO. This person should approach all challenges with curiosity and feel ownership of the outcomes for strategic initiatives. Unlike most Chief of Staff roles, this role will be heavy on execution and getting things accomplished. Pace, presence and perseverance are required; a consultative approach required! This role demands a highly organized, strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a sense of humor, and a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Activities

• Leading special project from ideation to execution
• Owning cross-functional projects and ensure collaboration across the Leadership Team and ensuring clear communication and follow-through
• Enabling the strategic planning process including ongoing tracking of outcomes and communicating them to the org
• Delivering market research for future initiatives to help guide strategic direction
• Curating agendas, drafting content for recurring weekly/monthly company meetings
• Developing Board meeting materials
• Communicating with external stakeholders (VC partners, industry connections, etc)
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of operating/consulting experience, startup experience a bonus
• Ideally MBA or practical exposure to finance, business strategy; Consulting experience a benefit. In all cases, 100% executional capacity. This is not a pure strategy role.
• Ridiculous written skills; strong verbal commentary. Short and sweet >
• Need to be incredibly organized and be able to deal with details and strategy
• Assertive, resilient, independent, capable.
• Willing to commit to the role for 18 months.
