What you’ll do:

• Email management
• Reminder management
• Order Lunch/Food
• Book Lunches, Dinners, Appointments, etc.
• Calendar bookings externally and internally
• Help with Travel Arrangements
• Help with PowerPoint Presentation
• Medical claim submission / support with health insurance and other insurances
• Coordinate German interviews/podcasts/collaborations/conferences
• Coordinate SG speaking events
• Coordinate board documents
• Proof Read emails, documents, etc.
• Filling out online applications/documentations
• Help with personal accounting documentation
• Help with personal purchases (gifts, etc.)

What you’ll need:

• At least 2 years of relevant EA experience
• Fluency in both written and spoken English (no spelling mistakes)
• Be able to read basic German - writing and speaking helps
• Needs to be comfortable to be available 24/7
• Be meticulous and detail oriented. Focus on good processes. Have a good self-check process.
• Be proud to represent our CEO internally and externally and furthermore his brand and that of Cake DeFi
• Be able to keep very personal and private information
• Be able to prioritize out of many tasks
• Bring structure into chaos Bonus points if:
• You have experience working in a demanding and fast-paced startup environment
• You have a strong knowledge of cryptocurrency and decentralized finance
