To further our exponential growth, we’re searching for our Head of Product; someone who will play a pivotal role in executing BANXA’s 🚀 strategic vision by aligning multiple streams of product development to a single strategic horizon and owning the success of the business outcomes.

This is an opportunity to create, innovate and drive product development within the crypto space; working with a passionate team in not only expanding and refining our current product portfolio, but at the same time spearheading the creation of new products that will directly impact the success and growth of BANXA 🚀!

What You'll Do 👀

• Working with the Strategy team in Identifying and defining new markets that are a feasible fit for Banxa
• Creating end-to-end product solutions to successfully enter new markets.
• Taking responsibility for a horizons-driven portfolio, including planning, roadmapping, executing and reporting outcomes
• Ensure that the work of individual Product teams is well aligned with the overall strategy and horizon vision of the organisation, and is optimised for learning and value delivery.
• Cultivate the right strategy and work practices to drive the growth of the business.
• Engaging with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to marketing and customer strategies.
• Building successful relationships with key customers, partners, and vendors.
• Developing and executing on our vision, strategy, and roadmaps to meet market and customer needs whilst delivering sustainable and successful products.
  
  

You should apply if ✅

• Delivered products in a finance or crypto settings
• Deeply knowledgeable about crypto ecosystems, decentralisation, web3
• Have worked directly with customers in understanding and building digital products
• Highly experienced in product management (or tech leadership)

• You have knowledge or/and experience in digital currency and blockchain technology
