Who are we looking for
We are looking for a Chief Growth Officer / Growth Co-Founder to join a company that democratizes software development and thrives to become a #1 European software studio dedicated to low/no-code practice. You will help them to gain strategic position for long-term success; develop customer relationships and drive business development with startups; SME and enterprise customers.
You will be responsible for the development of strategies and methods designed to achieve revenue acceleration and profitable growth.Â
Role Overview
Your main priority is to grow business and you’ll have free hands to do so.
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through market research, networking, and other means
Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, and ensure customer satisfaction
Build and manage strong partnerships with venture studios, venture capital firms, and other relevant partners to drive business growth
Develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and no-code development awareness
Skills required
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in generating revenue and building successful partnerships in the technology industry.
You’ll own 3 key areas: Sales, Partnerships and Marketing.
We are looking for A-player to stay with us for years to come.Â
Fluency in English language is necessary

Compensation: 3000-6000,-EUR per month + percentual success fee + equity package + perks of Spot coworking & more benefits
