Blockdaemon is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager, Tendermint to drive the growth efforts in the Tendermint ecosystem.This is a highly cross-functional and results driven role that will report to the VP of Marketing and work closely with product, design, engineering, business development, and protocol specialists.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for understanding growth opportunities, scaling and enriching our presence in Cosmos and the Tendermint ecosystem
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to generate brand building and awareness with an eye for brand building
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution to drive new customer acquisition and support current customer base
- Understand and engage community by sharing content in collaboration with developer relations
- Deploy effective paid media strategies to support new product launches for Cosmos and growth initiatives within Tendermint
- Work with product, design, and content team members to develop and execute lead gen campaigns
- Work closely with product to develop positioning and messaging and build a deep understanding of the customer journey, and optimize their experiences
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement presentations and marketing collateral
- Stay in tune with the latest updates through regular communication with customers, sharing their needs with the team
- Handle the full execution of product launches, on all communication fronts from content to PR to FAQ documentation
- Measure and share insights from analysis of data to drive product and marketing strategy
Skills and Required Qualifications:
- Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
- 5+ years with relevant product marketing experience
- Understanding of blockchain protocols and broader cryptocurrency ecosystem
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- Experience in a highly cross functional, data-driven role
- Attention to detail while being able to think and analyze holistically and at a high level
- Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
- Able to prioritize work, pivot as necessary and meet deadlines
- You enjoy entrepreneurial environments and want to help build something meaningful
