Qredo is a decentralized digital asset management infrastructure and product suite designed to unlock new opportunities for institutional investors in digital assets and decentralized finance. Qredo's Layer 2 blockchain protocol enables users to seamlessly transfer and settle BTC, ETH, and ERC-20 tokens. Assets are secured by Qredoās advanced Gen 2.0 multi-party computation (MPC), which provides tier-1 bank security and institutional-grade governance.
In your role, you will be responsible for partnering with sales, sales engineering, product & engineering units, as well as product-facing marketing managers. You will deliver messaging, content, collateral, and training for Qredoās global sales teams to support major product launches, campaigns, and evergreen programs. You will develop deep commercial understanding of our sales teamsā, customer needsā, the competitive landscape, industry trends and will help apply this knowledge to our positioning, our products, and our sales materials.Ā
Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally to develop go-to-market strategies for new releases and enablement for our commercial unitsĀ
- Drive project management against critical release deadlines and ensuring an impactful releaseĀ
- Maintain and update collateral including roadmap decks, product data sheets, sales scripts, business case materials
- Work with the marketing & sales operations departments to drive readiness and productivityĀ
- Maintain, evolve, and develop communication channels between Engineering, Product, Business to meet the needs of our commercial teams
Requirements
- Strong academic track record from a top tier institutionĀ
- 3-5 years of work experience
- Prior crypto & blockchain experience required
- Experience working with and training customer facing teams
- Ability to lead, - project manage-, and influence cross-functional teamsĀ
- Demonstration of self-starting initiative, leader- & ownership
- Experience solving complex business problems
- Sound business acumen and business judgement
- Data-driven, analytical, methodical
- Ego-free team players, humble, energetic, positive in group dynamics
