We currently employ 30+ senior web3 engineers across the globe and work with some of the most ambitious organizations in the industry, including Celestia, Polkadot, Stellar, Zcash, Axelar, Avail, Internet Computer, Forte, Aleo, Starknet, Fireblocks, XRP Labs, to name a few.

As a Senior Account Executive specializing in Web3, you will be at the forefront of our business development efforts, driving growth and establishing key partnerships within the evolving landscape of decentralized technologies. This role demands a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of Web3, blockchain, and core infrastructure solutions. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, fostering strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development:
    • Lead business development initiatives, identifying and pursuing new opportunities within the Web3 core infrastructure space.
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
  2. Client Acquisition:
    • Identify and engage with potential clients, understanding their business needs and proposing tailored solutions.
    • Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
  3. Industry Knowledge:
    • Stay abreast of developments in the Web3 and blockchain space, understanding the core infrastructure requirements of decentralized applications and platforms.
  4. Strategic Partnerships:
    • Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with key players in the Web3 ecosystem, including blockchain projects, protocol developers, and infrastructure providers.
  5. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  6. Market Analysis:
    • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
    • Provide insights to internal teams for product development and positioning.
  7. Sales Forecasting:
    • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
    • Provide regular updates on sales pipelines and key performance metrics.
  8. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
    • Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
