Anonym is seeking experienced economists, quantitative researchers, and data scientists. Our ideal candidate has:
- Built models/algorithms as a product in a previous role
- Experience with rapid prototyping and ability to pickup on emerging technologies and new protocols
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable writing R, Python, Scala or Java
- Willingness to deploy methods into production
- Interest in learning about Privacy Enhancing Technologies (PETs) and various ads related algorithms
- Minimum master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field. PhD is a plus.
- Digital advertising development experience within open programmatic ecosystem and/or major 'walled garden' ad platform
- Experience with privacy concepts such as differential privacy, k-anonymity, etc.
- Experience with causal inference
- Familiarity with graph algorithms
