Web3nest is looking for a Web3 Data Engineer to join our team in Gurugram(India)
We're a Multichain Venture Studio specialized in building products for the Web3 world. We are currently building a Multichain Data Indexing Engine for providing on-chain data and digital asset intelligence to our institutional clients. This product has to be built on top of our on-chain data sourced from different blockchains like Ethereum, Polygon, Binance, Solana etc. The product would be helpful in 1) Digital asset research & discovery; 2) Fund strategy development & cryptocurrency trading 3) Risk management, consulting & advisory within the Web3 space.

YOUR VALUE
Build data processing (ETL) infrastructure and develop valuable cryptocurrency web3 data for investment.
Collect raw data from various data sources. (e.g. Node, REST API, GraphQL)
Transform or index raw data in a digestible way for making heavy metrics.
Store (un)processed data into the proper database.
Develop data delivery pipeline with web backend platform. (e.g. Websocket API, Alert)
Set up basic CI/CD and monitoring system in data pipeline through AWS or Docker.

YOUR EXPERTISE AND EXPERIENCE
Experience using cloud infrastructure platforms like AWS and Azure.
Experience working with Python on a production-level project.
Experience working with Python web framework(e.g. Flask, Django).
Experience working with Java/Clojure/Scala/Kotlin
Experience using RDS, NoSQL database.
Good Understanding of different paradigms like OOP and Functional Programming.
Experience in implementing engineering best practices like Clean Code, Refactoring, TDD, CI/CD, IaC.
Understanding of application development cycle.
Decent Understanding of Computer Science Basics (Database, Data Structure, Networking)
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
