About the Role:

We are looking for a Product Operations Associate to join our Crypto.com App team to coordinate updates and requests from stakeholders. This is a great entry level position for someone to learn operations and project coordination of running one of the largest finance apps in the world. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to enable new cryptocurrency on our platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate releases of new cryptocurrency on our Crypto.com products
• Work with different stakeholders to gather requirements for trading parameters
• Use internal operation tools to launch tokens
• Improve upon existing process
• Review escalated issues from customer service and escalate to appropriate stakeholders
