The Opportunity
Solana Foundation is seeking a highly driven LATAM Growth Lead to drive regional ecosystem expansion across verticals, with a focus on payments, fintech and institutional finance. This is a unique opportunity to drive strategy and growth for the entire region and accelerate Solana adoption across verticals
You will:
Drive strategic relationships with founders, investors, institutions, and regulators across the LATAM region
Support the payments growth vertical lead in regional expansion and market entry
Develop and execute regional growth initiatives and events
Manage relationships with regulatory bodies and industry groups
Oversee regional grant programs and ecosystem funding
Coordinate with global teams on cross-regional opportunities
To be successful in this role
You ideally have:Â
10+ years of relevant experience in financial services or fintech, with at least one prior full time role in the blockchain industry
Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency landscape and experience working with crypto exchanges, custodians, and payments companies.
Strong relationships with regional financial institutions, crypto exchanges and regulators
Ability to be hands-on and work with a startup mentality
Bonus points:
Prior experience in Solana ecosystem and technical understanding of blockchain infrastructure
Location
Sao Paolo or Mexico City preferred with frequent travel across the LATAM region
