Job Summary:

As DeFi Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing the execution of our decentralized finance projects. You will collaborate with various teams, coordinate with external founders, and drive innovation in the DeFi ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

·       Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of decentralized finance projects,

·       Collaborate with product managers, developers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

·       Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and proactively address any issues or roadblocks that may arise.

·       Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders, including senior management and cross-functional teams.

·       Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in decentralized finance, and apply insights to project planning and execution.

·       Contribute to the development and enhancement of DeFi strategies and product roadmaps, leveraging your expertise and market insights.

Qualifications:

·       Proven experience in crypto or tech project management

·       Strong understanding of blockchain technology, especially EVM L1s

·       Excellent organizational and time management skills

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

·       Passion and strong personal usage of DeFi applications
