Our client is a Dubai-based, newly established crypto exchange platform with offices in Dubai and Malaysia. With their ambitious international market expansion strategy, they are seeking a Marketing Manager to oversee their expansion into the Japanese market. They are open to candidates who can work remotely from Japanese or those willing to relocate to Dubai or Malaysia.

What You Will Do

• Develop a Japanese market strategy, promote cooperation and coverage of product localization, and increase brand influence.
• Develop the local Japanese market and community, and partner with KOLs to achieve effective user growth.
• Skilled in planning industry marketing events and able to respond quickly to market hotspots.
• Responsible for community AMA and Twitter space, assisting in the operation of user conversion.
• Connect with local media resources to achieve PR cooperation.

What You Will Need

• Excellent Japanese language skills and the ability to use English or Chinese as a working language.
• More than 2-3 years of experience in overseas market development, with successful marketing cases in the past.
• Have extensive overseas community and industry resources, able to quickly establish partnerships and obtain market information.
• Familiar with marketing strategies and tools, able to effectively develop marketing activity plans.
• Familiarity with the Crypto exchange business and industry is a plus.
