About the role:
As Fractional's Brand Strategist, you will define, lead, manage, update, and ultimately implement our digital brand initiatives to build an overall Fractional experience that is immediately recognizable and clearly identifiable as uniquely 'Fractional' (perhaps we even rename?). This position will provide a level of creative flexibility and novel opportunity, with the expectation to be a leader in shaping our evolving brand positioning in the blockchain market.
In this role you will work in close collaboration with the co-founders, COO, product design team, and community managers to establish the baseline and foundation of new software and fractional experience offerings under development which are expected to launch sometime later this year. Traits we'd like our brand to evoke are authenticity, transparency, thoughtfulness, fun, trust, familiarity, helpfulness, and respect.
