We are now looking for an outstanding Data Analyst with a strong focus on product analytics to understand user behaviour and recommend actionable insights. You will be working closely with Data Analysts, Data Engineers, Product Managers to collaborate on data collection, analysis and model development for topics such as tracking implementation, marketing attribution, channel optimization, etc. We will look to you to manage key stakeholder relationships and help them make the best use of our data and advanced analytics by formulating timely and feasible use-cases, and deliver relevant data assets collaborating with your data colleagues.

Your mission

  • You will use your expert understanding of product analytics to inform and advise Product teams on development of key metrics, KPIs and build data products (analyses, reports, dashboards) to enable tracking and monitoring product health.
  • You will perform rigorous analysis on user behaviour and feature adoption, and help your product colleagues perfect A/B testing strategies for feature release.
  • You will help work on our customer journey analysis, take on funnel analysis, and build automated cohort reports/dashboards.
  • You will improve and maintain our tracking convention, and ensure our marketing/product analytics tool reflects the latest conventions.
  • You will collaborate with other analysts, share learnings and insights, and help with ad-hoc analyses as and when required.
  • You will help various squads within the Product & Growth Chapter to refine their requirements and align priorities with Data Platform colleagues
  • You will champion self-service analytics and facilitate its adoption across Product & Growth Chapters

Your profile

  • You have 2-3 years experience as a Product/Growth or BI Analyst in a digital business
  • You have a great understanding of product analytics - from data collection to data analysis/visualisation
  • You are experienced in creating automated funnel, as well as in user engagement and retention cohort reports
  • You know how to convey complex data analyses in a clear, unambiguous manner to a diverse audience of Product Managers, Analysts, Marketing Managers
  • You have worked in an agile environment with multiple stakeholders, ideally within Product Teams
  • You are tool agnostic, open to learning new analytics and data engineering tools, but you also have end-to-end experience in at least one event-driven Product Analytics Tool (Indicative, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.)
  • You are able to work with unstructured data sets and are highly confident in SQL and the art of visualisation
  • You have conceived, conducted and measured A/B tests across various parts of the product funnel
  • You have strong interest and passion for data engineering and data science
