We’re looking for a data enthusiast who loves collecting, cleansing, analyzing, and visualizing data. You have a keen understanding of the data that makes market research, marketing, sales, and product successful. You’ll be joining a small-but-mighty team where you’re the resident data expert, helping to define the best ways to approach the data for analyzing, gathering and how best to display information to make tangible improvements.

We’re looking for someone who can:

  • Own performance analysis and reporting across the DataHub Marketing & Product teams and analyze stages of the customer journey, including campaign performance, demand generation, product improvements, content performance, customer retention, and customer engagement.
  • Track allocation of budget to specific marketing programs; measure target and actual ROI
  • Consult and coordinate with all members of the marketing and product teams to ensure adherence to and continuous improvement toward marketing performance measures and decision making rooted in maximizing revenue & brand recognition
  • Own the management and improvement of market sizing, segment definition, target definition/analysis, marketing attribution model, lead/account scoring, and data acquisition for all marketing programs for DataHub
  • Own the consolidation of market, account, opportunity and contact data from various internal and external data sources
  • Help develop and implement market research alongside our UX Lead, including client-facing, and internal surveys and coordinate the data capture, archival and analysis processes
  • Partner with the Data Automation Team to integrate data between existing systems (Salesforce.com, Customer.io,Pendo, Segment etc.)

About you:

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing/sales data analytics and/or market research data management
  • Ability to work independently with little or no direction; strong decision-making skills and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Strongly preferred: previous experience working with enterprise marketing & sales CRM/ESP systems —especially Salesforce CRM, Pardot, Google Analytics etc.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise and influence a range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to run with several projects at once, with minimal oversight
