About You

We’re seeking a Marketing Lead with extensive experience in DePIN protocols, DeFi communities, and innovative go-to-market strategies. You’re results-driven, proactive, and capable of thinking outside the box. You have a track record of growing highly specialized and technical communities, coupled with a passion for Blockchain and physical infrastructure.

This role focuses exclusively on LooPIN Network marketing.


Responsibilities

Lead all marketing initiatives for LooPIN Network, driving growth and visibility:

  1. Strategic GTM Planning: Develop and implement innovative go-to-market strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  2. Data-Driven Insights: Establish growth metrics, analyze campaign performance, and communicate actionable insights.
  3. Community Engagement: Oversee and grow LooPIN’s social media presence (X, Discord, Telegram), fostering high engagement and product loyalty.
  4. Brand Development: Increase LooPIN’s presence within DePIN and DeFi spaces, building a strong product and brand identity.
  5. Programs & Campaigns: Launch growth marketing initiatives, identify impactful collaborations, and amplify LooPIN’s reach.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align marketing efforts with broader business goals by working closely with tech and operational teams.
  7. Resource Management: Optimize resources effectively to achieve maximum impact in a startup environment.
Requirements

  • Proven experience in DePIN or DeFi marketing.
  • 5+ years of direct marketing experience, with a strong track record in Blockchain marketing.
  • In-depth knowledge of DePIN and DeFi ecosystems; bonus points for engaging technical or niche communities.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
